Biography |
Tanveer Naseer is a business coach who works with small to medium-size businesses to help them develop their leadership skills and team strategies for future growth, while ensuring they remain focused on what makes them passionate about their business.
Tanveer credits his background and experiences in the scientific field for his keen understanding of the nature of interactions in business, as well as being able to help organizations break down and improve complex processes which are holding their teams back. He has used this approach to help guide teams into focusing on a small set of ideas for implementation and refinement as the process evolves.
Tanveer holds a Master of Science degree from McGill University and currently lives in Montreal, Canada with his wife and their young daughters.
